Power Outage - Jack Frost Strikes

Datacenter 1 had a significant power outage today caused initially by the massive collections of ice on the power lines over the last couple days. After power was dropped it was discovered that the datacenter-wide diesel generator could not be powered up, resulting in a mad dash for enough hand-cart generators to power everything. As of right now, we are still running on the generators, and likely will be for several more hours.
