Fiber Pipe Outage

We had a fiber outage this afternoon to the primary datacenter. It lasted about 15-20 minutes. The outage caused all connectivity for the primary datacenter to be pushed off to backup T1's, which we seem to have outgrown. There is a T3 en-route to replace them.
