Mail & Connection Issues

We finally tracked down the cause of many of the mail download issues we've been having for the last several weeks. It turns out that one of our providers were having troubles passing packets with a certain payload. The effect was that if one of your emails contained a certain string, the routers would drop the packets and the piece of mail didn't download.
