UPS Troubles

Troubles with an APC 2200 UPS this morning caused an hour or so of downtime for a couple of the database servers, a couple of the front-end web servers, and a dedicated server or two. If anyone knows what it means when ALL of the lights on the UPS flash simultaneously, we'd love to know. APC's tech support doesn't seem to be up yet.
