Members Section Bugfixes

Just a quick FYI, we have fixed the bug in the add domains functionality that required you to add DNS support twice. It should work the first time around now. We also made several bugfixes to the mailing list interfaces. (though with the mailing lists, there are still several bugs to fix.)
