Update: Postgres Upgrade

The upgrade to version 7.3.2 went smoothly. We started around 3 am PST and finished around 3:20 am PST. A JVM restart may be required for those of you connecting from Tomcat or Resin. To do the upgrade a full dump and restore was necessary, so please let us know if you have any troubles!
