DC2 Router Upgrade

The networking engineers say we are good to go with our new Cisco 12000 series router. They will be putting it into place Wed Jun 20 at 10:30 PM PST. We expect a brief outage as we swap over DS3 cables, but the outage should be very short, less than 5 minutes.
