Circuit Failure at DC2

A bad power supply caused a circuit breaker to pop early this morning around 1:20 AM PST, taking down about 1/3 of a rack of equipment. Affected servers included a portion of the mail cluster, some administrative servers, a couple of dedicated servers, and unfortunately dc2-mysql-01.
