All in the name of SPAM (Mail Failures)

We experienced 12 hours or so of internal mail breakdown today when a portion of our spam blocking software blocked one of our internal mail servers as a part of it's automated blocking process. The result was that internal mail was not getting through, whereas all external mail was working fine.
