Forums Repaired

The forums have been under attack for months, and as a result we haven't been able to allow new subscriptions. We believe we have it under control now. We have side-stepped the attacks by requiring all new forum subscribers to use their Kattare hosted domains in their email addresses. Really sorry about the inconvenience, but we couldn't figure out another way to keep the spammers out.
