Power flickers/surges kill 3 UPS's

We had a series of power flickers/surges this morning. We lost 3 UPS units. Two smaller APC 2200's and a large Symmettra 12kva unit simply refuse to turn back on. We're not sure what kind of power we were being fed, but this morning was unbelievable.
