Verizon Blocking Email

Verizon continues to block email from Kattare's mail cluster. We've been trying to contact them and get things resolved for weeks now, to no avail. We are not even sure exactly why we are blocked. Requests for copies of the messages triggering the blocks, or for details regarding the block have gone unanswered.
