Dc1-mysql-01 crash (Saturday afternoon)

Something in the change we made last night caused a problem with the mysql server, and it crashed this afternoon. We had it back as soon as was possible, about 45 minutes. We appolagize for the inconvienance this may have caused, the server should be stable from now on.
