Outage on 06-10-2019

This morning the primary management card of one of our Cisco internal routers experienced a hardware failure.
The router didn't properly fail-over onto the standby card as it should and it took us some time to diagnose and get the standby card booted in a good state.

We are ordering a replacement for this Cisco router.
