DC1 Network Outage Sun Apr 16th

The network at DC1 was in-accessible to many on the net today for an hour and a half or so. (6:45 PM to 8:15 PM PST) The cause was a mis-configured BGP (routing protocol) peer talking to one of the providers at the DC1 datacenter.
