/home3 swap aborted

We were forced to abort the planned fileserver swap this morning. While we had syncronized the data prior to starting the swap, we have to do a final syncronization while nothing is changing. (IE: services are down.) The old fileserver was not fast enough to get the entire sync done in the 5 hours or so before it became critical to get services back online.
