SAN Outage Due To Switch Failure

We had an approximate one hour outage today on several shared hosting servers when a core switch failed several ports on a blade that were serving our primary SAN hardware. The outage started around 2:10 PM PST. We moved the SAN hardware to another switch to bring things back online. We apologize for the inconvenience.
