Retiring Prince/SSH Server

Somewhat bad news. We have outgrown the ability to have a central SSH server. With sites spread nearly evenly between two datacenters now, we are unable to offer a central SSH server that can see the accounts at both datacenters. While prince's downfall was not planned, we are going to take advantage of the situation to make some adjustments that will make our topology more scalable.
