ssh.kattare.com (aka prince.kattare.com) is down for emergency maintenance. If you need shell access you can directly connect to your webserver. If you do not know your webserver name you can find this information in the domain management area in the members section. We should have ssh.kattare.com back up sometime this afternoon.
