Tuesday Morning Connectivity Issues

We had a connectivity issue this morning from 6 AM PST to around 8 AM PST. Global Crossing is one of our providers, and their peering with WorldCom in Seattle was having issues, (slow, plus packet loss) causing anyone with traffic going through WorldCom to experience issues connecting to us. It was completely out of our control, but we are researching ways to avoid the issue in the future.
