Brief Mail Outage

We had difficulty this morning with our incomming mail cluster on and off between 8:30 AM, PST and 10:00 AM, PST. It was properly accepting messages sent internally (from server to server and from Kattare customer to Kattare customer) but the cluster was rejecting mail from the outside.
