Kattare Webmail ( https://webmail.kattare.com ) has the ability to create filters. These filters will be applied as soon as emails arrive in the mailbox. This means that they will be applied before any external mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird retrieves messages.
To create a blacklist you can do the following after logging into https://webmail.kattare.com .
- Click on Settings
- Click on Filters
- Click on the + in the Filters Column.
- Enter a filter name
- Select "matching any of the following rules"
- Define the rule
- Define the action.
- Save the new filter
- Drag the blacklist filter above the Spam Filter so that it's applied before the Spam Filter.
- Additional filter rules can be added by clicking on the + icon. These can include filtering by Subject and Body content. Below is an example.
