| The automatic purge on my SPAM folder doesn't seem to be working! |

Here's the thing... the spam folder purges based on when the mail was delivered,
NOT on the date the spammer set on the mail. So pick out one of those "2002"
emails in your spam folder, view the "Message Source" and look at the date we
actually received it in the "Received" lines... Less than 10 days ago for the one
I'm looking at...
Spammers love setting custom dates on emails because they know abnormally old
or abnormally new dates often garner attention.
Now, if you view the message headers and your message actually is over 30 days
old, keep the message and send us an email with details so we can take a look.
