Webmail Upgrade!

Our webmail has been upgraded!  We had to mostly
abandon the old version for a couple of reasons.  It
was pretty dated, and we couldn't get it to work under
PHP 5.

We've imported what we could from the old version into
the new version.  Most everyone's address books should
be intact, but if you had any filters setup, you'll
have to go in and re-create them.

Have fun with it and let us know if you run into any
glaring issues.
