We have been seeing some performance issues lately, I
just want to let everyone know what is going on.

A few months ago we noticed that our AT&T circuit was
at about 3/4 capacity so we ordered up a new one. 
(jumping from an DS3 to an OC3 in the process)  Since
placing that order, our usage on the existing circuit
has grown further, and is now to the point where once a
week or so it becomes laggy.

It turns out that our order put AT&T over capacity in
our area, and they are going to have to do some
infrastructure improvements before they can deliver our
new circuit.  So we are looking at several more months
before we have that new circuit.  A contingency that we
did not plan for.  Ouch.

So in the meantime, we have placed an order for another
new OC3 circuit from Verizon that we hope will be able
to get delivered in a shorter timeframe.  I suspect a
month or two.

Until then, we'll continue monitoring things and
shifting traffic around as best we can to reduce the
impact of the AT&T shortage.
