DC1 Network Outage
DC1 experienced a network outage between the times of
7:18 PM PST to 9:10 PM PST that affected all Internet
service and hosting customers.  This issue was the
result of a core network equipment failure that
required an extensive rerouting and repairs outside of
normal procedures.
This issue was experienced network-wide and it affected
the majority of DC1 customers.  Engineering staff
responded immediately and worked to replace the
equipment to restore network service.  To prevent
further issues, appropriate preventative measures have
been taken to mitigate any related instances of this
outage.  

Currently, the issue has been resolved and we apologize
for the inconvenience.  We have invested significant
time and resources to ensure a maximum service level
for our customers and we will continue to work towards
that goal.
