PHP Patch and Issues
What should have been a simple PHP 5.2.13 patch
yesterday turned into a bit of a nightmare.
Here is the breakage that has already been fixed:

- Some users with a custom php.ini were seeing errors
related to an overlap of the Zend Encoder and ionCube.
 This has been fixed.

- Some users with frontpage enabled, or with suexec
disabled on their domains were seeing the source of
their php scripts. This has been fixed. (note, the
FastCGI version of PHP cannot co-exist with Frontpage
Extensions.)

Here is the ongoing breakage we are seeing:

- If you have any mod_php specific values set in your
.htaccess files, you will get a 500 Internal Server
error now. Kattare has been using suPHP and FastCGI
for some time now, so we are not sure why this has
broken with this patch, but if you have any PHP_FLAG or
PHP_VALUE lines in your .htaccess files, those are
specific to mod_php and need to be removed.

Please give us a call or submit a support ticket if you
need assistance fixing your php site.
