Hi All,
i tried to contact the kattare support since April this year about a possible upgrade on ruby.

They told me back in April that they were looking into it but after months passed nothing happened so far.

I tried to contact the support again few other times and I never got a reply back. I checked my spam folder but nothing there so I can assume that they never replied back.

I would like to installa a new version of redmine and when I am trying I got this error:

Rails requires RubyGems >= 1.3.1 (you have 1.1.1). Please `gem update --system` and try again.

I have 2 questions:

- is the kattare support still working as expected ? The only email that I managed to get from them are just the billing invoices every month.

- Any chance to see a upgrade ? Or a way to install an update RubyGems in my home folder ?
