And here are the step by step instructions. Please note if you are not running Outlook Express 6, your screens may be slightly different those pictured below.
--- Initial Account Setup ---
Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts… then click the Add > button and select Mail....

In the Internet Connection Wizard window, enter your name into the Display Name text box (note: this is the name that will be displayed in the "From:" field when the recipient opens the e-mail) and click Next.

Enter your E-mail address into the text box (note: this is the e-mail address that will be displayed in the "From:" field when the recipient opens the e-mail) and click Next.

In the E-mail Server Names window, enter mail.kattare.com for both the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server and Outgoing mail (SMTP) server fields. When done, click on the Next button.

In the Internet Mail Logon window, enter your POP3 Account Name and Password as you have been told by your local Systems Administrator, IT Guru, or the Kattare Members Section Email Management Page. Be sure that the Remember password box is checked and the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is not checked. When done, click on the Next button.

Click the Finish button to complete the Wizard.

In the Internet Accounts window, select the new mail.kattare.com account and click the Properties button.

In the mail.kattare.com Properties window that pops up, select the Servers tab. Check the box titled My server requires authentication, then hit the Settings button and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server in the window that pops up. Click OK to close the Outgoing Mail Server settings window.

Select the Advanced tab. Check the box titled Leave a copy of messages on the server and the box titled Remove from server after [ ] days then enter an appropriate number of days to keep the messages on the server. This will ensure that you do not fill your email disk quota on the Kattare mail server but also allow you enough time to copy the messages from the mail server to another PC or mobile device.

Some ISPs will block access to the standard outgoing mail port 25 if the connection is going to a mail server other than their own. To work around this, Kattare has configured an alternate outgoing mail server port on port 2525. If you find you have trouble sending mail through Kattare's outgoing mail server, you may try changing the Outgoing server (SMTP) to 2525 in the Advanced tab.

Click the OK button followed by the Close button. Outlook Express should now be configured to send and receive e-mail with the Kattare mail servers
