No. Spammers have tools that search sites 24/7 for this script.
It's just a matter of time before they find it and start using
it to send out vast amounts of spam.
Instead, use a php version. You can find good examples and even a wizard to generate a script here:

Can I sublease, sell or give away my web space to other people once my account is setup?
You may not sell or sublease from your
account but you can give away and develop from it. The reason
for this is the reseller program we have in place. If your
account is the referring account you will have 15 percent of
the monthly account fee payment from that account credited to
yours.

unsolicited email (spam) you will lose your account. You will not be given
