We'll put you on our redundant, high-bandwidth, fiber-optic network so that your server will respond quickly and reliably. We do not use COGENT or HURRICANE ELECTRIC bandwidth nor do we use ANY Tier 2 bandwidth.

Our bandwidth is 100% QUALITY TIER 1 bandwidth. (Currently MCI/Verizon and AT&T) In addition, every server will be plugged into a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) guaranteeing a minimum of downtime.

A lot of people don't realize what they're getting when they purchase an unmanaged dedicated server. An unmanaged server typically does not include backups, does not include software updates, does not include configuration assistance, does not include monitoring, and when something goes horribly wrong? They'll either (a) reboot it for you, or (b) if that fails, do a fresh install for you --- that's it!

ALL of the plans on this page are MANAGED, which means if you need help, we're here, and if something goes horribly wrong? We'll restore the server to the last functional backup.

It's a fully managed solution so that you can sleep at night. Go ahead and look elsewhere. You'll be hard pressed to find managed solutions at these prices, and if you go with a non-managed solution you'll be nickel and dimed for support, backups, and monitoring.
